What you're buying

VialMath is a calculator and tracker for $24, paid once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no feature moved behind a higher tier after your purchase. Everything unlocked at purchase is yours for good.

What VialMath is not

VialMath computes arithmetic and schedule logic from numbers you enter. It does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose or treat anything, does not supply or suggest any compound, dose, or range, and does not evaluate whether anything you enter is safe. Nothing in VialMath, on this site, or in any support reply is a substitute for advice from the clinician who prescribes or oversees your protocol.

License

Your purchase grants a license for personal use by one person, on any of your own devices. Your license key is not for resale, sharing, or redistribution. Using someone else's license key without authorization voids support and refund eligibility for that key.

Price and payment

The price is $24, charged once, through the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store your payment details — the processor handles payment directly.

Refunds

If VialMath isn't useful to you, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through the payment processor that handled your purchase (Gumroad or Stripe, depending on where you bought it) — email max@vialmath.app and we'll process it through that processor.

Support

We fix bugs — tell us exactly what you did and what you expected, and we'll look at it. We do not answer clinical questions, dosing questions, or anything about your specific protocol; for that, talk to the clinician who prescribes or oversees it.

Your data

Your protocol data lives on your own device — see the privacy policy for the full detail. We don't hold a copy of it and can't restore it for you if you lose it; export a backup from the app's Data view before switching devices or clearing your browser.

No warranty

VialMath is provided as-is. We work to keep the calculations correct and publish an open, runnable test suite so you can check that claim yourself (see the test suite) — but we do not warrant that the app is error-free or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described on this site.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
